PM in Outbox only, not in Sent messages?

If I reply to a PM, it goes to Outbox.
It doesn't go to Sent messages.

Am I doing anything wrong?
How can I assure that it is sent?

Hi er.computer,

Until the receiver receives / reads your message, your message will be in outbox. Later you can see it in the sent box. Nothing went wrong.. so no worries.

But isn't it strange than usual mail or SMS system? Where delivery report is mean to received message.
There is no information on Outbox folder describing such things.
