Dear Iloveindia,

I will give u a small exercise if done regularly both in the mornings and evenings can easily control sinus.

From the center of the eyebrows (the point where the brows meet) measure a distance of 5 fingers (the patient's) and the tip of the middle 3 fingers shd be placed at that point slightly pressing it and with the loose thumb press bang under the RIGHT cheek bone and rotate the pulp part of the thumb (middle) clockwise thrice and followed by anti-clockwise thrice. U will c the results in a weeks time.

This has to be done ONLY with the right hand and ONLY on the right side of the cheek.

With the five finger measurement (long and thick fingers), I am almost reaching my temple. And under the right cheekbone - is almost a straight line from my right nostril. Are these positions correct? Secondly, how many times do I need to repeat this exercise or how long this has to be done?

Dear i love india,

I feel you have not got it correct.the 5 finger measurement is towards the foreheadand it will probably come close to where your hair starts that is top of the fore head, it is twice a day and threerotations either way. that is all.

Well, I have started this mudra from today and will provide you feedback 10 days from now. BTW, five fingers (knotty fingers) position goes a little further towards the forehead i.e. the three finger tips rest on top of my frontal hair and I hope that is okay.

Hi Ramanan Sir,

Just thought to update you about my sinus results.

As suggested, I have been doing the sinus mudra for last 10 days. I must say that I have gotten around 60% relief; so 40% is still remaining. But I must thank you for providing atleast this much relief.
May be it needs more time since I have chronic sinus illness. BTW, I repeat it more than twice a day.

Is there anything else that I can do to get rid of it forever?
Will wait for your further feedback.

Never leave it until you get cured fully because you say its chronic. I am glad.
You should not repeat it more than twice a day. The more gradual the relief is the more permanent it will be.

Well yes, I agree.. I had my share of problems.. specially when it is about relationships.. I have strained relationships everyday.. Be it be with my parent or anyone else.. Love and Trust is what I always expected.. But I only receive Hate and betrayal in response..

Well here is chart of a lady born in amavasya. Amavasya is the least of her problems though. She has had a challenging life so far.

Since moon is very weak so naturally it is faitgued easily. Mentally not strong unless there are redeeming factors. Has lost all will to fight and resigned to fate.
Both sun and moon are in rahu's Nk. Rahu is at 0 degree 53 min in lagna and AK too.
Lagn lord Me is in company of first rate malefic Ma(3L and 8l). Lagna and lagna lord are severely afflicted.
Jupiter's aspect on lagna lord is saving the day.
Challenging placements no doubt.

There are 2 severe problems in the chart like a the lagna and the second house are both under strong papakartari yoga. The effect is very severe is lagna is afflicated by Sa, Ra and Sun. 2H is affected by Ra, Sun and Mar.Moon is aspected by Saturn.
This affliction has destroyed the chart despite the person being a very noble.
No yogas have matrialized. Severe financial problems, health issues are visible. Financial independence has eluded them. . Ve is saving the day because it strong is both rasi and navamsa. but it is combust and retro.
Guru has kendrdhipati dosha and its exaltation has not been of much help to her personally except giving an elder brother. Mar in 3H has given her a younger sister.She has had health problems too.

As they say overall chart has to be evaluated to acess the strength. Lagna and lagnesha should be strong for anyone to enjoy fruits of any yogas.
Dasha sequence is also not very conducive, current Saturn dasha is challenging. Hopefully things might turn better in Me dasha.
The dasha/AD Sa/Moon has been worst experience of her life. Husband has a close brush, a botched surgery has kept him bedridden for a year and without income source.

Just a degree's difference between a debilitated Ravi and the Moon. To Top it, both are in Rahu's Nakshatra. . To Rub insult to injury, the 6th lord is in the 12th aspecting both the Sun and Moon within 3 degrees.

Budha, Chandra, Ravi, and Shukra, key players in this chart are between Kuja and Rahu. Lagna is between Kuja and Shani.

One key point is that Gulika is in 14 deg in Aries. It is said that the 180th degree from Gulika has the same destructive power as Gulika. Ravi is in Tula in the same Degree. This could be that one factor that makes all the difference between success and failure.

I use settings SSS, Savana Year, 7 charakaraka Scheme.

Tithi is Shukla Pratipat.

Sat dasha is on and its placement in 12th is not auspicious. Add to it it is a natural malefic. There is still a saving grace because Sat owns a trine. But even then 5th lord in 12th is not conducive to utilising purva punya. Pitru wrath also comes into picture here as Saturn aspects Venus(Pi). Wealth gets restricted(3rd aspect) as Dasha lord gets strength above other planets. Sadhe Saati is also on. So overall its Saturn all the way. So, troubles will be there.

In Gochar Sat aspects 4th(sukha), 8th(mangalya) and 11th(Gains). It also sits on 2nd(Accumulated wealth).

It is going to be tough for her with Sadhesati on. Bad Dasha will end within a month or so. But Sadhesaati will not let her rest in peace.

Jupiter is the ONLY saving grace for her. LL Merc and 3rd lord mars is aspected by Jup thereby giving her strength to survive all this. Saturn will keep restricting and Jup will keep opening avenues at the last moment. But all have to pass the Saturn test.

If there is a remedy then she must undertake Saturn Japas by a good brahmin priest for peace. Recitation of Valmiki Ramayana Sundar Kand will give her much needed strength. She must also chant Vishnu Panjar Stotra daily to ward off unwanted evils on daily basis.

I agree with sonu that jupiter is the saving grace for this chart.But i feel that along with propitiation to saturn, the native must propitiate the mars mercury combo that is lord narasimha by chanting the narasimha karavalambha stotra as mars as seventh lord of navamsa is in fourth and aspects the eighth lord jupiter placed in seventh.Note here that mars is also the 12th lord of navamsa apart from being a dire malefic for the rashi chart.

Husband of this lady was born on Jan 30, 1972, 5:05 PM Mathura, India. Incidentally he was born on almost full moon. Both Sun and Moon are eclipsed in Ra and Ke axis within 5 degrees.(1/7). Agains JU in Sg has provided some saving.
Some life events:
He had a simple gall stone case in with enlarged liver in 20 Mar 2011.
Surgery was perfomed some in 4 Aug 2011 (simple gall stone case), 10 Aug 2011(severe infection in intestine, threat to life, intestine had to be taken out for next 6 months to allow it to heal), 18 Jan 2012 - Intestine inserted back). Marriage on Mar 2000 to lady. Is a Hotel Management graduate, worked on hotel industry. Was forced to quit a good job as mall , banquet and restaurant manager in Oct 2010 after 6 months of extreme harrasment by new boss. Started a small eating joint in hometown and then this gall stone issued occured in mar 2011. Unable to run the eatery and has remained without source of income. Lives with father /mother in who supports them through his pension( father was govt. doctor). Person is good but had a very fateful life and career. Elder Brother is well to do in USA.
