I am assuming that 12:55 pm is afternoon.

Match points are very good. Since both are manglik that is also not a problem. But papasamya of girl is higher. This could mean that the girl would be more demanding/aggressive in the relationship. Normally it is preferred that boy's papasamya points be higher. Dasa for both look ok.

But there could be problems for the boy on an altogether different source. The boy's chart has sankranthi dosha with Su within 1 degree of Aries.

On a relook, I think Sankranthi dosha can be ignored if you did not face any serious problems in the maha dasa of Su (2005 to 2010). I have seen a couple of charts with sankranthi dosha. In one the dosha cancelled almost all the good yogas while in another there was no perceivable impact. I think other more learned members may be able to tell you more about this.

The dosha comes about when Sun changes signs and is within the first degree of the sign he has entered.
