There're so many undercurrents in ur chart. Prima facia its a wonderful chart as LL Sun is in 10H with 9L Mars and both are aspected by 5L Jup. Its a wonderful combination but it will work in its dasha.
From Karakamansha lagna (KL) Scorpio (also Arudh lagna AL) 10L Sun aspect KL/AL which gives u royal flavour in ur nature. Even from Moon, 10L Jup is posited in 5H and aspect Lagna.
So broadly things shd move smoothly in ur profession.
Reading ur mail again prompted me to look the chart again to find what went wrong then?
I think the point here is mutual positioning of dasha planets Jup & Ven.
Jup-Ven dasha started from Sept 2010. From Jup, Ven is placed in 8H with Rahu & Moon.
Now Moon in 8H from Jup make Shakat yoga indicating major ups & downs in ur life (also career as Jup aspect 10H and Moon conjunct 10L Ven). Moon is very close to Rahu, thus keeping mind preoccupied with tensions & anxiety. Further this Moon is 9L from Jup representing this time, luck wont support you much.
If we analyse PDs only, I feel PD of Sun from Feb 23-Apr 13, 2011 may be good as Sun is 10L from MD lord Jup. Else all PD lords are connected with 6H/8H e.g. Moon posited in 8H from Jup, Mars is 6L from Jup, Rahu posited in 8H from Jup. The Jup PD started from Jan 22, 2012 will be a relaxing factor. Later Sat is posited in 12H from Jup and Mer is posited in 6H. So despite all gud combinations when it come to giving results, bad placements dont let the things materialize.
I expect a gud time for you in May 2013 as you'll have dasha of Jup (5L) -Sun (LL). Later in July 2015 in the dasha of Jup-Mars, the rajyogas shd materialise.
Analysis of D-10:
LL in 6H (though in own sign) is not a gud placement. Ven in 6H always gives lot of enemies. 10L Sat is placed with 8L Jup.

2. In D-10, 10L Sat (retro) is conjunct with 8L Jup (retro). Though there's an exchange between 7L Mars & 10L Sat but the conjunction of 8L Jup is not desirable.

When I cross checked it in another software, it gave me Leo Asc.
Plz confirm the lattitude longitude of place. As of now I'm getting 121E58 & 37N14

So overall its comes as business of some sort wherein the connection with govt is also there.
As per the current dasha of Ven-Jup, both Ven & Jup are aspecting 3H and in transit also Jup is aspecting 3H. There may be short travels as of now.

There's an influence of Mer on ur 10H (10L Ven is alsoin the navamsa of Mer) and Mer is the planet for commerce, communication & journalism.
Then Sun is also in 10H & in D-9, it is aspecting 10H; this is generally a combination for govt connection of any sort.
So overall its comes as business of some sort wherein the connection with govt is also there.
As per the current dasha of Ven-Jup, both Ven & Jup are aspecting 3H and in transit also Jup is aspecting 3H. There may be short travels as of now.
Career related results may flow after Apr 2012 in the dasha of 10L Ven or later in the PD of Sun (from Sept 2012)

Your chart show success. However no person in the world got 100% success or failure. You too will share ur stake. There're many other gud yogas like:
1. LL Sun in 10H with 2L/11L Mer is a great dhan yoga. But its aspected by 12L Moon too which can have 2 meanings (a) Involvement of foreign in it (b) Some expenditures also associated with money & Success
2. SAV score of 11H is 25 but that of 2H is 32 i.e. more wealth than income, gud one. This indicates that overall saving at the end of the day will be gud.
3. From Moon chart, 9L Moon aspect 10L Sun making a potent DKA rajyoga but here too Involvement of 11L (making it a gud dhan yoga) as well as 8L Mer is present.
4. From Lagna 6H contain 2 malefics which is excellent and from Mon they are in 3H, again great.
But then there're several balancing factors:
1. Jup in 8H from Moon makes Shakat yoga which indicates many ups & downs in life.
2. Debilitated Moon always gives a fickle mind. Well at this time u r under the influence of sadhe satti too, which may even give u more of mental worries, mild depression or anxiety level; but its all a matter of time.

Thanks for your time to analize chart.in 2009 i came to foreign contry leaving my permenant good job in india and in foreign contry no job for 2-3 months so it was worring period but by god grace not in very bad position.i got forst job in my field but in another foreign contry i went there for final discussion as company bear all expense but i come back to my first foreign contry.i was applying so many job that time and again i got job in chemical field and since working there.i also visited one more good contry due to company work and back in 1 month.But if i comare 2009 and today i become finantially sound.In india also i had good salaries and respected job compare to peers(same education) at that time. Now also job is good but do work myself. in india subordinats do work i had to suggest them so its bad after high education and good field experience to work myself but its common in foreign contry.
i am doctorate in chemistry .You are right i am not in pharma.Now i am thinking for business but not sure in which direction.so can you please guide me which is good?How about construction chemicals?i like to trading in share market(lost saving in 2008-2009 in share market) and i also now attracted towards lottery .Are my planets favours for that?i want to do consultancy in chemical field and business in construction chemicals? is this right direction.How will my Mer MD for starting business? is perticular favourable time?Will i start business in that time ?
Which will be my peek time in career, finance,name and fame?

I have been trying to start a successful business for the last few years, but it is not working out properly..
