Birth time confusion

Dear All,

I have been directed to raise this query in this forum. My birth time as per my horoscope is 10th june 1984, 5:09 pm new delhi. Someone once told me that my birth time could be 5:14 pm. I have been really juggling with this question as some predictions done by my original time come true and some don't. Can anyone help me establish what is the actual birth time.

I really need some help as I have been going through a very tough time. Kindly oblige me with the same.
