with whom is this matching possible?
unmarried female : 25/05/75, 17.00 hrs, mumbai
unmarried male1 : 12/10/71, 14.38 hrs, mumbai
widower male2 : 3rd july 1966, 3.05pm, mumbai(bandra)

all the 3 r working in central gov. , in nearby office
actually astroboy n sujit sirs had predicted that marraige may take place in VE/MARS period
accordingly some natural attraction took place between the first two but now he has declined by saying he has responsibility of 2 unmarried sisters n he has lost all the desire to get married whereas

Guna match is just above the minimum of 18. Though boy is mangli, considering the age it should be OK.
Girl's papa point from lagna is higher can be a concern. This can be ignored since papa points from Chandra and Shukra are ok.

Main concern could be that the boy running Guru MD currently. For Libra ascendant Guru is lord of 3 and 6. He is in Mithun with his dispositor Budha in enemy Chandra's sign. From Chndra though Guru is becomes lagnesh, placement in 7th with two other natural malefic/kroora grahas may prove troublesome.

Sir, can u pl. give matching for the first person also ?
also pl. tell what is the future for the girl? becoz for undue reasons her marraige is not taking place n the plans r getting shattered. In that case is there any remedy for this?
someone also predicted that she will find her life partner at her working place, is it true?

As I mentioned since all of them are beyond 30 being manglik is not significant. You can ignore.
Though the match for male1 is slightly lower, boy is running MD of yogakaraka Ve.

As for other indications, I think I don't know enough to comment. In any case you have already got the girl's chart seen by competent people like Astroboy and Sujit.
