I request everyone for the kind guidance on the horoscope of my uncle(mamaji) whose health and financial condition is critically deterioting.
He was a lawyer 9 yrs back with good name,fame,and wealth but one unfortunate day he won a case against a local criminal and they got him beaten very mercilessly in main market in front of whole public with hockey sticks and chains,though he survived but the nervous system of his both legs got damaged.He was put on rigorous medical treatment and had been operated 7 times but gradually his spinal code got effected.He is bed ridden for last 9 yrs and could only move his head and right hand.All wealth name ,fame ..everything drained off.His son, who was in class 9 then, had to leave his study to take care of his father.Till date his son has not been able to study further.He started his own business but nothing is working out.
My heart comes out when i see the plight of the family.I have seen my uncle in great heights of his life and today all we pray to god is to either improve his conditon or take away his life.
Please tell us,if my uncle financial and health condition will ever improvise and when will his son settle down and what kind of business his son should take up.

i just crosschecked with my uncle .This incident took place on 19feb 2005,so its almost 7 yrs and not 9 as i mentioned above.Sorry for this.

Had a look at mama's chart. His current maha dasa of malefic Saturn is unfavorable and forecast for next 6 months are challenging for his life.
During Feb his antar dasa would change to ascendant lord Mercury which controls his longevity which could make things difficult.

There appears to be a curse from his mother.If she is alive he can treat her properly.If demised any last/annual rites he or his son can perform.
The family requires the blessings of their family deity.
Rahu-Ketu are neecha in Horoscope as well as by transit.Things turn better in Jan 2013.

My uncle's mother (age 92) is still alive and stays with her first son .My uncle has always been good and respectful to her mom and there is a cordial relations between the two, though his father was never happy with him.
Does that means that his health conditions will never gonna improve?
Can you please look into his son chart also.When will he settle down financially?

Anju ji, The Lagna Lord is Mercury closely conjunct with Moon the 11L[ 6th from 6th] and aspected by Saturn the 6L.
When this incidence happened it was the dasha of Jupiter-Moon- Saturn. See both 6L and 11L are in action. Jupiter was aspecting the 5H. Saturn is in the 6H in navmansha under the exchange with Mars in 8H, so the exchange of 6L and 8L in navmansha. In Dwisapatati sama dasha it was Sun- Moon- Mercury.
