Havign Jup in Cancer Asc is one of the bliss and one got exalted Jup in Lagna. However there'll be few issues to take care of:
a) Its not Hans mahapurush yoga as with conjunction of lumanaries, Mahapurush yoga is lost. But its still Hans yoga which is very good.
b) We need to see whether
(i) Jup is conjunct?
(ii) Jup is debilitated in D-9
(iii) Jup is in rashi sandhi or retrograde?
(iv) Whether aspected by Sat?
(v) Whether on Rahu Ketu axis?
These things will decrease the effectiveness of Hans yoga.

Moreover for ascertaining how others see you its not the Lagna rather Arudh lagna is to be seen.

hans mahapurush is when just Ju is present in kendra and exalted or in own house. If conjunct with sun/moon it is just hans yoga. hamsa yoga makes a person very spiritual.If Jupiter is retrograde, obstacles in the same is seen.

as far as the effects are concerned, it would make more sense to post the birth details so that everything can be observed rather than one or two planets
