I think ur birth details are correct as they're matching life events.

Lagna got Mandi. All three: lagna, Sun & Moon are weak as Sun is debilitated, Moon debilitated in D-9, Lagna got SAv score of just 22 (Same score in Libra where Sun, Moon are placed)
