regarding istha devta- plz help

Dear sir , my name is arjun singh

my details are
dob- 23 july 1984
time 7.10 am
place- bharatpur, rajasthan , india

i have confusion regarding my istha devta. my atma karka is chandra i.e
moon which is in dhanu rashi ie saggitarius and my 12 house from atmakarka
is not occupied by any palnet but it is aspected by mars , saturn and
jupiter . and according to shadabala saturn is more stronger than other so
which istha devta i should worship.

i have found that Sanjay Rath ji says If there is no planet in the 12 H
from Karakamsa, then planetary aspect is to be considered first and then
Lord of the house
