If I may butt in, I guess thats my chart you have confused with for the Dharmakarmadhipathi yoga where exalted 10th lord ( Jupiter) is opposite 9th lord Saturn in Capricorn. In navamsa, Saturn is the owner of 9th and 10th, so i dont think it is applicable there..
