What are the techniques used to determine lagna when only the date and location of birth is known, but not the time of birth. Even morning/evening type approximate range is not known. How do we solve cases like these ?

Lets assume birth time is correct and reasonably gives accurate vimshottari dasa planets upto 4 levels (ie Maha dasa, antaradasa, pratyantara dasa, sukshmantara dasa).

Now how do we analyze it ? BPHS picks two planets at a time. Dr Raman's books deal with two levels at at time (ie mahadasa, bhukti ...

I'm more inclined to use BV Raman's method of using Bhava chart instead of Rasi. the 5 planet combo is present in Rasi and not Bhava chart. So I'm not analyzing that. I use Jagganatha Hora.
