How to determine birth time when approx time is not known

What are the techniques used to determine lagna when only the date and location of birth is known, but not the time of birth. Even morning/evening type approximate range is not known. How do we solve cases like these ?

Hi,

Chapters 48 to 52 of the book, 'Saravali' are about Lost Horoscopy. These chapters are of great help in identification of ascendant in cases when the time of birth is not known.
