Use even sign reversal for d-10 chart in jagannatha hora software (4th option), then you will understand the placement of ven in 3rd house, which also gives you a break.

you need to wait till venus antar, which starts from aug 2020, in my view.

See also in your navamsa, Ket is in 3rd house and in Dasamsa, Ven is in the 3rd house. so it looks like a long break to me.
