I think you need to work somewhere where you can rise up the ladder in the career. I don't think in Govt sector you can get the speed of promotions as the private sector. You have Ketu in the 6th house so i don't think you are someone who wants to keep doing the same role in your job for a long time. What particular job are you thinking about doing ?

Looking for an R&D kind of role. Is there any chances of performing PG (MTech or MS) in premier institutes. if so, will it be in india or abroad?
