Hi,
Just learnt about pushkara and vargottama.
In my chart exalted Saturn and Mars is in pushkara navamsa.
Venus, moon and sun in vargottama.
But lagna Lord and 9th Lord in 12th house with ketu.
From one perspective, all planet placements look good. Even Jupiter is near dig bala with Kela yog ...
