Birth chart based on the birth particulars given by you, does support your having a house. Jupiter . the lord of your ascendant as well as that of 4th house,is transiting 4th hose and Saturn is transiting 10th house aspecting 4th house from there,. It is major period of Venus, 11th lord in 2nd house, a good combination for earning,. The sub period of Jupiter ended inSept 2009 and had created conditions favourable for such purchases. or rather you would have invested in some scheme by then. Also may be you are arranging loan for it as Venus is lord of 6th house.
But caution is required to be excercised asVenus and Saturn both are in odd position , i.e 6/8th from each other and not desirable for decisions for such heavy investments , unless it is an old house.
Better you go on this exercise fr some more time and finalise it after Feb 2012.
