Controversial views on foreign opportnity.......

Respected Astrologers,
I studied my masters in Germany. I graduated in oct 2008. I didnt get job, so I had to return home. I would like to pursue research (ph.d) in foreign countries (preferably europe).
Is there any chance for me to go abroad and pursue research? if yes/no, plz justify....
Am bit confused, because some astrologers say that I will go abroad again, some say I would not....., since Moon maha dasa is running for me. It is related to local things etc....

U will be running lagna lord mars bhukti from this december ..9th house is also the house of foreign travel and moon is aplced in 10th house of career., So i think IMO,u can try for opportunities abroad both from professional and academic point of view..9th lord also supports further study
