What makes this chart so great?

Here is the chart position- I am trying to analyze this chart to help in my analysis.
Learned astrologers, your input will be appreciated.

Taurus Lagna.
Jupiter in First house.
Moon in 3rd.
Venus in 4th .
Sun in 5th.
Ketu, Mars & Mercury in 6th.
Saturn in 9th.
Rahu in 12th.

In navamsa, Leo lagna.- mars, mercury & rahu in libra- vargottam. Navamsha lagna sun in 9th house in aries with deb. saturn & ketu.

I cannot understand that even when functional benefic planets are in dushthans, & malefic in kendras, this person rose to dizzying heights.

As u've mentioned the details,

Jupiter in first house ie. Taurus, Saturn in 9th house that is Capricon...

Saturn was in Capricon From

DECEMBER 1990- NOVEMBER 1993... DURING THIS TIME, JUPITER WAS NEVER IN TAURUS.

FEBRUARY 1961- FEBRUARY 1964.....DURING THIS TIME JUPITER WAS NEVER IN TAURUS.

APRIL 1931- MARCH-1934, DURING THIS TIME, JUPITER WAS NEVER IN TAURUS

NOVEMBER 1902- FEB 1905, DURING THIS TIME JUPITER WAS NEVER IN TAURUS..

SO IN THE LAST 100 YEARS, WHENEVER SATURN WAS TRANSITING THE SIGN OF CAPRIOCON, JUPITER WAS NEVER IN TAURUS..

I FEEL THERE IS SOME ERROR IN THE DETAILS U'VE GIVEN...SO PLEASE CHECK..

No chart is great unless it gives the soul what is needed at the end of journey. Whatever one is enjoying or earning or getting name, fame,or be it anything earned here in a body, u are not going to carry even a piece of stone or even some sand. So, as far as I am concerned, only a chart is considered great when divinity recognizes that chart and helps him/her to complete the journey, at least at the fag end.

I googled this person's data- the Lagna came out different from what I had but there was at least 1 web site which corresponded with my paper version. It might be because of different software or different ayanamsha.
But if you wanted to reverse engineer, here are the details.-
