Thax for your PM...here is what I think.

1)Lord of Ascendant, Sa is combust and Ju conjoined with Asc. is debilitated in friendly house of capricorn and aspecting the 7th house of mariage...Weak ascendant but mildly benefic aspect of Ju on the house of marriage

2)Lord of 7th house of marriage, moon is exalted in the Rasi and Moon is also in the 7th house of marriage in the Navamsa aspected with friendly Saturn from the 1st house. Moon will be the benefactor of your marriage throuhgout...and it's periods will be excellent for the relationship. It seems you got engaged in Moon sub-period
