well, let's face facts. This is a uphill task. I dont see denial but it's going to be like pushing a boulder up a hill when it's raining and the hill is full of slippery gravel. The 5th house is posited with Kuja and Shani along with Chandra. From Chandra lagna and the 5th from the 5th Ketu's presence is most undesirable. Santhana karaka Guru is in a papakarthari and is in a Agni Rashi.

Moon is in Hasta Nakshatra. There is a dictum stating that the Moon in Hasta and the 5th lord's association with Hasta "may deny children or create problem's with them". In this horoscope the 5th lord is in the house owned by the Moon, and Moon is in Hasta Nakshatra. I there fore come to the conclusion that things will not be easy as far as children go.

D7 5th lord is in the 12th from the 5th and afflicted with Rahu. Chandra lagna in D7 is again afflicted and has Ketu in the 5th house.

First of all, I am really sorry to know the loss of your child. Let me tell you that there is only so much you can do. A child is born off its own karma's and its own fate. You are only the vessel and the provider of a body for the soul. I know that this child had only so many karma's to bear and it is with God now. Please do not feel depressed, but instead thank god for giving you the chance to be of help to that soul. I am sure It is at peace with the lord.

Now let's see what is in store for you. I suggest you wait till 2013 Feb before you attempt anything. I have a valid reason to say this, The balance AD's are of Chandra and Kuja, both are in the 5th house no doubt but that point is they are both afflicted.I there fore suggest you try this after Guru dasha commences for no matter how malefic he is, he is still a supreme natural benefic.

How ever before you take my advice verbatim please seek as many opinions as you can. Also consult you doctor's and see what they have to say. After all medical help is also a Remedy.

You will conceive again during next 6 months. The bad time is over.

Indeed you were running some troubles in your last pregnancy. You were under the AD of Sun which is 22nd drekanaa leading to issues of health. This Sun afflicts your 5th lord mercury in 3rd in D-1. Mercury is further afflicted by Rahu too in the same house. I recommend you chant Shri Vishnu Sahasranamavali everyday.

Saturn is a yogakaraka for you hence will not harm you. Moon is waxing so no issues and Mars is vargottama. These three planets will not give you problems related to progeny IMO. But mercury will, because of it being afflicted by Rahu and Sun, and since it is 5th lord, you need propitiation.

You will now be running period of Moon which is very well aspected by Jupiter in Saggitarus in D-7. So, I dont see any issues. Moon is also in 5th house and can give a child. Your concern maybe because you are running MD of Rahu. But Rahu is with Sun and mercury and takes on their qualities, as it is not alone. Moreover, its not powerful enough to rise, just create troubles. You need to be beware of Sun not Rahu. Shri Vishnu Sahasranamawali will take you out of problems.

Here are some of your expected celestial explanations, though actually there are many I just recollected a few for your reading

1) Aries and taurus being lagna or the second house associated with evil planets or aspected by them.

2) Malefics in the 7th with bad aspect or conjunction

3) Sun, moon and saturn in the 7th will result in the tooth getting spoilt.

4) Presence of rahu in the 2nd from the 7th lord

5) conjunction of the 2nd and 6th lords with malefics.

6) Rahu in the 5th or lagna will atleast give diseases related to tooth.

7) 2nd lord in the 6th with rahu or rahu's sign depositor in his period will give extraction of tooth.

The lord of navamsa occupied by the 2nd lord if he conjuncts the 6th lord in rasi.

But actually there are many combinations. I could only recollect a few.
