Just can't find a job

I quit my job in November 2009.
This is because, I had higher qualifications and was not working at my potential level.

Ever since I have just not been able to find a job.

I am at my wits end. What is really surprising is that even after making hundreds of applications I have not received a single call for interview.

Please can someone help with some advice or guidance as to my job situation!!

Dear Clost

Jupiter entering your 4th rasi from Moon and transiting the 10th from Lagna will definitely get you a job. The jupiter transit is on the 2nd of may. Anytime from that you may land in a good job.

The transit of Jupiter in Aquarius was not pleasant for me.
However, that could be due to other reasons, like Mars in Cancer happening around that time.

I have a query for all the members -

What happens when all plants in transit aspect the 6th house from lagna in a person's natal chart?


6th house stands for debt, disease, employment/employer, service, enemies etc. My 6th house from lagna is Scorpio and around 6th of May 2010 all the planets except Ketu will be aspecting Scorpio either by Graha Drishti or by Rasi Drishti. Also, Scorpio is the 12th house from the chandra lagna for me.

What are the possible outcomes from such a situation?

Does it indicate a bad time with respect to health, loan, enemies etc. or could it indicate a positive development with respect to my job search as it signifies service?

Or is it a very common occurrence and does not mean much?

the transits cannot transcend the basic placement in the birth chart , you have to keep in mind that never can a transit surpass the limits set by the Natal chart. I do not say that it does not make a difference but it cannot be bigger than the natal chart.


in your case on the 6th , note that Kuja Budha and Ravi will miss the 6th house by Graha dristhi. (dont mix 2 school's for the time being ) I think its not going to affect u in any way.

Hello everyone

I am very depressed as I have been unable to find a job since Nov 2009.

Please can some of the learned astrologers here look at my chart and let me know if I have any chances of getting employment. In spite of being well educated I get no response from any job applications that I make.

I spent the whole of 2010 looking for a job, during Jupiter Bhukti and now in Saturn Bhukti too I am stuck.

I was a topper all my life and now I am just sitting at home; I feel like I have let everybody down.

U running the malefic MD of lord Sun ..Sun is placed in the 8th house of obstructions and challenges in an enemy sign and his MD runs until jan 2014...planets in the 8th and 8th lord almost always lead to struggles in life ..the 10th lord is jupiter and he is closely conjunct 12th lord Venus and gets an aspect from exalted 8th lord Saturn ..Sun dasha overall will probably be below average ..the next MD of 2nd lord Moon will be much better...It id difficult to say when u will get ur next job but i wud assume that the next AD of mercury from november 2011 could help u although Mercury ,the lagna lord is also in marana karak sthana and weak

Yes, Sun MD hasn't been too good. I am just anxious as 2014 is still very far away. And without a job I feel like I am letting my mother down and disappointing her a lot. I hope Mer bhukti is better.

Sun-Mercury may be better but overall Sun MD will prove to be troublesome..Moon is also the 5th lord in the 11th house of gains in d-10 so u could expect Moon MD to be better than than the present period

Thanks a lot for looking again.
You might be right, maybe only Moon MD will make things better. Even my first job wasn't suited to my education and had to be taken up for financial needs.

You think marriage will be in Moon MD too. That's probably going to disappoint my mother more

Would you say, it will be better if I diverted my efforts towards higher education like PhD? Does my chart show some scope of such higher education?
