I will attempt to give you a simple analysis here. in the Panchada friendship chart both Kuja and Guru are Adhi mitra's (close or fast friends), plus Kuja participates in a Vipreeta raja yoga (12th in the 8th ).Guru scores well in the astakavarga. the small worrying point is Kuja's low score. on the bright side Kuja escapes from Gandanta which is good.
In the Navamsa Kuja is with Rahu , but Rahu is exalted or at least is in his Moola Trikona sign. Guru is placed well in his own house. both are above average in the shadbala scores.
It is there fore my opinion that this parivarthana yoga is good.
Budha is deeply combust no doubt but his Astakavarga score is encouraging. though the shad bala score is not up to par the 4th and the 5th house are very strong in the bhava bala table. In fact they rank number 1 and 2 out of the 12 houses respectively. I think with due effort your daughter should sail through.
I hope you have the time right because the Navamsha lagna shift just 37 second later to Kumbha
on a positive note Budha is exalted in the lagna in the D 24 chart. ( 2 minutes window either ways before the lagna shifts ) in my opinion I dont think you need to worry so much .

As far as I know any vargothama position is deemed to be good or bad depending on the house the planet owns in the Rashi chart. vargottama makes the planet stronger . for example budha is the lord of the 2nd and the 5th. his vargothama position makes him stronger, and thus the significations of the 2nd and the 5th will be stronger.
it is said that the first 7.5 years of a child is more trouble for the parents than the child.
. Let me give you a simple and alternative remedy. leave some food for the stray animals every evening after sun down and keep some water for the animals to drink. the good karma you generate will balance the bad.
