When 3 malefics occupy angles, it is Sarpa Yoga.
When all planets are in 5 signs, a Paasa yoga is formed.
Both are malefic Yogas.
You have Sarpa yoga because Sun, Rahu, Saturn and Ketu are occupying angles (kendras).
Paasa yoga is not there if Rahu and Ketu are also considered. The other 7 planets occupy 5 signs.

Rudrabhisheka to Lord Shiva is the most used remedy for such sarpa yoga. I am not sure if it is possible to do it in your place. If not, simply recite either "Om Namah Shivay" or the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra (look up on internet) daily at least 108 times.

The combination of Lagna Lord Moon/Chandra and 9th lord Jupiter/Guru-dev, in the 9th house of Purva-Punya is a saving grace. Kindly shed some light on the child's health and well-being. As I also wanted to chant this mantra and some others too, I wanted to ask a query related to Mantra Chanting as you were guiding on these through your knowledge.
I saw on internet , some people assume that no one should chant beej mantras without proper initiation from spiritual Guru According to vedas (including mantras with assumed beej "Om") ; some believe that Yes , beejas should not be chanted without initiation but Om is exception ( and in meditation also , it is most commonly used and extremely helpful I believe)
; some believe that any mantra with "Name of God" in it can be chanted by anyone thereby not required any initiation from spiritual Guru; some believe that there is no such restriction.
Please shed some light on this topic.
And also please tell if Maha Mrityunjay Mantra , Gayatri Mantra can be chanted without initiation from Spiritual Guru

Maha Mrityunjay Mantra can be recited by all with devotion. Gayatri Mantra is better after initiation by a Guru.
