Buying a plot at native, please guide

Dear astrologers,

My father does not have any ancestral property/land and my parents live in a joint family house with along with my uncle's and their families.

So, I am planning to buy plot at my native place with the purpose of building house in a few years.

Could you please suggest, which plot directions are good/bad for me? Currently, i have a few options - north facing, south facing and west facing, pending paper validations.

Does direction of the plot matter? Because when building the house one can change direction of main door as per vastu later?! Please suggest. Thanks for your guidance.
