Date of Birth - Feb 22, 1980
Time - 4:11 AM (might not be 100% accurate; There is a possibility that I was born 5 - 10 mins early, which means a different lagna / ascendant sign)
Place of Birth: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Have been residing in USA since May 2001. I had a very good career in Banking (C level executive) over the last 20 years. I recently changed jobs in Feb 2024 but had to resign in April 2024 because the team was bad and I didn't see any options for the new company to grow and be profitable in the future. I aspire to be get back to a leadership role, but thankfully have enough to retire. How does my career prospect look over the next 12 - 24 months? Can I start my own firm?

Bad team, I don't expect the company to survive or grow in the next 2 years...so, thought to take some time off and focus on personal development

Career growth - CEO or any leadership role which will put my skills to get use + make some money (money is not the primary motivation)

2024 has been a bad year in my life...Spouse had 2 car accidents, but thankfully she was not hurt and no material financial loss. Also, mom had to be hospitalized twice (a relatively healthy person) and just underwent a heart surgery (which was out of the blue given her healthy life).
