Please rest assured marriage is definitely on the cards. It is delayed - not denied (unless you give up hope and stop putting effort).

Your birth time is tricky. 4:01 am changes your D9 (chart for marriage) ascendant. How sure are you that you were born before 4:01 am? This risk isn't there in your D1, so I'll focus on that chart for now.
Your 7l, Venus is exalted. I know I said I won't focus on your D9 because of your birth time. But using 4:00, D1 lagna lord has directional strength, in a Kendra, and aspected by your 7l Venus! Wow. IMO, Marriage is not denied.
What I find interesting is in both your D1 and D9, Ketu is in your 7h. Ketu is what you've achieved in your past life, and likely don't care about it as much in this life. So Ketu could make you not care about the idea of marriage/partnership.
You also just started your Venus major period in May 2019. Your Karmas relating to Venus should have started to manifest, which will change your mentality and experiences from what you've ever experienced in your life thus far.

Ketu in 7th? Hmmm but it's not that I don't care..I want to get married. I just never met anyone I liked or I liked them but no relationship came out of it. I dont understand my karma and why it's so hard for me. I feel like a little girl sometimes even thou I'm 35.
