When I will get Green card?

1) There is good relation bet. 3-9-12 H . Due to Aspect of Saturn the work is delaying , but will sure get green card .May be upto Apr-10 since Jup. is aspecting 3H. Your horoscope is for long period in foreign.

Curious to know if you did get your Green Card or are you close in obtaining it? I am in the Green Card wait myself for last 10 years and want to understand how the planets are effecting in obtaining it.
