I took coordinates as 51N 31 2W 33 and there was no DST during your birth time ,and lagna is 3Vi 45.there is delay of slow moving planets like jup and sat .further sat is aspecting luminaries and also venus.there might have been minimum two relations you might have. Since there is delay due to jup it has to rectify all the defects in respect of marraige house ,so after rectification of defects marraige can occur after 2024 may .feed is appreciated on the break in relation ships

Lets do your chart analysis with science and logic. And K.P. System of astrology can be explained with science. When I meant science, encompasses Mathematics. Any solutions finding out from mathematics or audit analysis ( horoscope analysis too is an audit) sets the process for finding the correctness/ risk aversion/ how the system is for the future etc

That means your lagna has to be connected with Guru or in a common sign or Guru aspect or Guru is in of longitudinal depositions

Lot of obstacles to get over for you to get married. Distance between Mars and Venus is large indicating a much delayed marriage. Saturn also aspects Ju (7th lord) in a mild way and Moon - delay is confirmed. Saturn in seventh from moon and Sun in seventh from lagna further confirms this - marriage before 35 is more or less ruled out.
Mars almost gets frozen by Rahu - usually a sign of marriage denial but Jupiter is in Kendra to Mars and helps overcome this eventually. Jupiter is also the seventh lord, hence this influence is very positive
