Hello,

I'm an amateur astrologer and one day I had predicted that my brother will go abroad but I didn't look at everything and all of a sudden one day my brother who never wanted to go abroad had big plans to go to US and now he's gone to US for studying.
His birth details are below:
23/10/1989
@6.55AM , Place:Thane, Maharashtra, India

Now I'm trying to learn about, when will he get married as per dashas. I think he will get married by 2021 and he may get married to a wise and dedicated person.
Can anyone let me know, if I'm going correct with Dashas and Planetary combinations??

for such good comments, my brother has said some of his grades might be lower but nothing serious and yes he found a girl and yes he has come in contact with a girl he thinks he will marry.

my brother says he has always thought of starting family and has great desire to marry, but he has been thru multiple heartbreaks in last 4 years, so he's looking for arrange marriage.

7th house is clean, no bad aspects from ragu-ketu, mars or sani from Lagna. 7th lord is combust but vargottama. so good marriage but spouse can have anger issues and will have good intelligence. moon and ketu so close will give detachment and loner behavior in life.

jup seeing lagna is good. from moon lagna ragu ketu is in 1-7th house. late marriage is better after 33.

Thanks for your interpretation, my brother definitely has detachment from normal life, but he doesn't calls himself loner. He has lots of friends, acquaintances but if it comes to spending quality time, he has fixed number of childhood friends.
My brother wants to do an arrange marriage and he's looking for someone in his own community. You have mentioned that he will marry a foreigner or spouse will be abroad but he's found someone from his community and the girl is back in india and she stays close to his birth place. Does that mean, this arrangement will not materialize. Please suggest.
And yes, he always says that he wants to marry someone who knows her worth, basically someone who can control him as he says if his wife will be a simple, non-aggressive he will get bored easily.

No they will give delay from moderate to peak .saturn-jupiter are delay causing agents under certain placements and aspects..non desire point not related to saturn..at all
