New Career Path at 40?

I have completely hit a wall in my life. I've worked in office management types of jobs and now, I can not do it any more.I can not continue this type of mundane maintenance of mediocrity swinging back and forth on public transportation to lead just an ok life.My soul is dying, my spirit to live and experience joy is diminishing.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could recommend how to spend the next 25 years of my life, what should I go into profession-wise that would give peace, larger scope, success, and perhaps a better earning.Through my chart, are you able to recommend areas of work that are better suited to who I am.
