A quick look at the youngster's birth-chart shows the individual has anger/temper issues, along with strong determination, persistence, resolve and/or grit. He has probably been hardworking and disciplined as well.
The Raja-Yoga period in 2019-2020 was perhaps a break-through time for him to have done well in competitions (including cracking or clearing Competitive tests/exams).
All said and done, I would have been a bit skeptical and wouldn't have imagined the individual to be a Captain in the Indian Army. It would be nice if the native's path/progression were elaborated and shared...purely for academic interest/learning.

He joined National Defence Academy in 2020 beginning. Joined Army in December 2023. Yes - He has extreme grit and perseverance. Has overcome many odds in past as well. Eg- Reduced almost 20 Kg weight in 12th standard to become fit for NDA. Despite this got 94% in 12th and cleared JEE mains as well. numerous other examples of grit and perseverence since his childhood. Very strong will power.
