Aversion to job environments

Hi lova members, my birth details are as below.
26/02/1988, 10.40 AM, Kollam(Kerala).
Kindly shed light on the career prospects in my chart. Though at first, I am able to go for my job regularly, for some reason or the other break happens and leave taken. This happens with almost in every case. Mostly I am unsatisfied. Please give kind advice on my career prospects.

I could secure govt job at a young age itself though has changed them frequently. I am preparing for a higher post at present(civil services). Could you please shed some light on that prospect as to how it will manifold etc.
