Can you please go through my and my husband's horoscope and predict when we can move back to US? We relocated to india to be with my in-laws but with tensions in the household we are not able to achieve that goal.

2. Will there be any career prospects for me; my career goals took a back seat last year.

Stay Abroad

Husband - Lord of 12 (Venus) is placed in 4th house of home indicating foreign stay but is slightly weak. Current period is Rahu antardasha.

Chances from mid of next year June 2010 onwards when Jupiter antardasha will begin and jupiter will be transiting natives 4th house of home and aspecting 12th house of foreign affairs. Attempts can be made in this period.

WIFE

Current antar dasha of mercury lord of disputes is placed in 7th house of patnership, relationship, spouse and is aspecting ascendant...current period is indicative of disputes. Oct 2010 onwards, ketu antardasha will begin...ketu is afflicting Sun lord of 5th at a close range and Sun is badly placed in house of disputes..Lord of income is placed in 12th house indicating income from foreign sources but is very weak and in transit is placed in 6th house. Current period does not indicate high chances of moving abroad. Career wise this period is average. Nov 2011 Venus antardasha should provide you with better career prospects and attempts to move abroad may materialize.

You may wish to perform propitiation remedies for Rahu/Ketu and Mercury and avoid conflicts with patience

You analysis brings one question back to my mind (I think someone else asked the same question for themselves) is there anything good in my horoscope. Is there any end for this tunnel?

I was told that period starting Sept 2009, when Mercury bhukti of Saturn dasa begins, will be a good for me. That didnt really come true though.
I was also told that I was under asthama sani till recently. So what causes planets to go from 1 antardasa to another, and can they be prevented?

I will certainly follow your advice for remedies for Rahu Ketu and Mercury. Thanks for that.

Certainly there are good things. Venus is very strong placed in its own house. Venus signifies love, comforts, patnerships, money. All Venus Antardasha, transits will be good for you with respect to these aspects.

Nov 2011 onwards better period is seen. In my analysis, Saturn is a benefic for you as lord of 11th. It is placed in 12th indicating income from abroad but is weak due to old age and 12th house is weak due to placement of Ketu. Therefore, Sani dasha will not have an adverse impact. You need to propitiate Rahu and Ketu with faith (feeding birds and dogs each day, helping needy people is a simple and effective remedy). Jupiter is also well placed. Mars is well placed. Mercury is well placed. So most planets placement is good. Just pass this current period with courage and patience.. things should look up thereafter.

Hi Mr Tyagi,

Sorry for late reply; I had been out of town. I wonder if you could help me understand few turning points that happend to my family.

1. We almost decided to return to India in 2008 (my husband got job offer as well) to take care of his parents. We decided against at the last moment. In 3 months my husband to change jobs (his company was getting sold) and landed in the same job that was initially offered.

2. You mentioned conflicts in one of your reply: The conflicts have been brewing for some time, but I wonder if there will be any happy ending. The conflicts have been mainly with my in-laws and their expectations.

3. I have also been told by someone that I have sakhata yoga, but computerized charts do not indicate that. But my career have been on a roller coaster ride; would appreciate your input in this regard.

I am sorry about the long post, but I have been very worried for my kids' futures as well. Thanks in advance

In my last email (and in another post) I had asked about Sakata yoga. If you have Sakata yoga in rasi and not in navamsa does it still considered effective.
