My fiance was studying in New Zealand and had met a road accident. His details are:
DOB: 7 August 1995
Time of birth: 11:00 am (he was not sure about it, but it is approximately this time only)
Place of birth: New Delhi
People are saying that he is dead but his family has not yet identified his body and I am hoping that this is not him. Can somebody tell if he can actually die in the current situation of his planets? I'd be really very thankful.

For the given time of birth, the chart / dasa periods do show danger to his life.
So also, transit saturn, mars and ketu are in adverse positions from natal aruda lagna.

The accident happened on 14th October around 10pm according to New Zealand time and 2:30pm according to Indian Standard Time. Is it at all possible that he's just injured and missing? It was his janma nakshtra day. The transiting lagna at the time of the accident was
makara, the 8th from aruda lagna. The transiting lagna had mars and ketu in it.
Injury appears to be for sure.
