Need help with D7, D9 and D10 Lagna and Reading?

Hi,
I'm having tough time deciphering my divisional charts as there is confusion with the Lagna and am finding it difficult to read them. I also have 2 planets in my Rasi chart at the cusp viz Mars and Jupiter adding to the trouble. Hence Ill be grateful if someone could help in establishing my Lagna for the Divisional's and let me know how they are looking like? I am more than willing to decipher information of my career events

DOB : 24th Jan 1986
POB : Colombo, Sri Lanka
TOB: 16:46 (4.46 PM - This is recorded time but there could be some issues as it could be LMT, so max can be about 10 mins or so before)
