Are combust planets ruining my life?

So I have been studying astrology for a few years now, mostly it has been western astrology.

In western astrology my natal chart is pretty good. One day I was a bit curious and checked out my vedic astrology natal chart, to my surprise it totally changed my chart..for the worse.
To say that I was troubled by this would be a severe understatement. The following days I tried to look more into vedic astrology, just to find out that combustion is a HUGE deal here unlike in western astrology.

So I found out that 3 of my planets and most of my houses suffer from pretty intense combustion, all I have found from the research I have done is that those planets lose all their power, and the houses they rule are affected negatively.

I also read that there are some conditions that can alleviate the combustion. As I have only recently begun my journey into vedic astrology and still have a lot to learn, I would like to ask the help of the members of this forum in assisting me reading my chart.

Is my chart really as bad as I think it is? Do the effects of combustion get somewhat alleviated by the divisional charts etc etc.

Any input that is given is more than welcome and gratefully appreciated.

So when you did not know about combustion everything was good and when you started to know, it turned bad you mean?
Which houses and which planets are affected by combustion and what is the extent of combustion? Did you have any of these dasas?

No my life has not had a 360 degree change overnight because I learned about combustion.

Everytime something bad happens my subconscious now automatically seems to think, it is because I have combust planets and it is lowering my self esteem and my desire to attempt things I would have done before that may relate to those planets/houses because I am doomed to fail anyways.

I do not know from the top of my head which houses are affected but the degree those 3 planets are from the Sun is 1 degree for all of them...so the combustion is really severe.
Lately more and more things have been going wrong and my life is going pretty much downhill, also have been shutting myself away from the world and spending more time alone, which is totally alien to me since I always used to be really social and spending time with friends all day everyday, now I go days on end not interacting with any of them.

Seems like I am slowly falling into depression, all I want to know is if combustion is really as bad as they say and if my chart / divisional charts are all bad or if they are not as bad as I think it is.
As I am just coming to vedic astrology I really am lost with all the stuff that vedic astrology offers so that is why I am here on the forum with this post.

I felt combustion could affect your family life since both venus and mars are deep combust. Anyway which is your lagna, we have to see the second lord as well and 7th.

Speaking in general terms, combustion really affects only Jupiter & Saturn, and even then, not all significations of these planets. Mercury and Venus are always hovering around sun and get combusted often enough without causing much damage, so do not worry about that aspect. Your mercury and Venus are also in a planetary war, called Griha Yuddha in Vedic astrology, which represents conflicts due significations represented by those two planets. Also, Jupiter in your chart aspects the combination in Leo ( combustion + Planetary war) and improves the situation a great deal, since Jupiter is a planet of fortune in general and more so in your case.

Mars & Sun combination in general has a propensity to deliver accidents, surgeries and other sorts of injuries, though non fatal due to the benevolent aspect of Jupiter and the fact that this combustion occurs in Leo, sun's own sign.

In Vedic astrology, Dasha means period. Each Nakshatra ( asterism) has a period allocated to it and one runs through different Dashas in one's lifetime. The starting point of each individual is governed by the placement of Moon in a particular asterism. In your case, moon is placed in Mrigashira nakshatra, so the starting Dasha in your case is that of Mars, since mars has the Dasha lordship of Mrigashira.
