Sun weak in lagan but vargottama, benefic or malefic

My sister has sun and venus vargottama, venus is exalted but sun is weak in lagan chart. Some says as sun is in lagna its aspecting 7th house and not good for marriage. She is still single. So sun is really weak or its powerful as its vargottama. Is marriage promised for her and when? 28 feb 1980, 7:40 am, jaipur(rajasthan)

Her marriage is at 42nd year.That is during 2021- 2022../ 17-2-2021 to 29-10-2021 is the RIGHT TIME of her marriage.

Thanks joyd, Is it becuase of his shukra shani dasha will be at 42nd year or coz of rahu in 7th house. Can you tell more about his spouse characterstics, if he will be an unmarried guy or widow/divorcee.

Moreover sun vargottama is good or no effect for her
