Your lagna (ascendant) is mesha i.e. Aries and the rashi is Makara (Capricorn) as moon is located in 10th house Capricorn ruled by Saturn. Lagna lord Mars has gone to 8th house, which is Scorpio which also ruled by Mars. This makes you a mangalik person - someone with Mars in 12th, 1st, 4th, 7th or 8th is considered mangalik in Vedic charts because mangal (mars) in these houses, no matter in what sign, becomes extra strong in outward expression of its warrior like qualities.
