Synastry Rahu/ketu

I hope I can post this inquiry here. I have not found any information on what it means when Rahu and Ketu are conjunct in a synastry chart. For example, regarding a man whom I cannot forget, my Rahu conjuncts his Venus and Ketu in 12th house. There's no literature I can find on this and I feel compelled to find out because I've never felt this way about anyone and it's been 2 years since I've seen him and 6 years since I've known him. We tend to enter and leave each others lives very briefly. When I say briefly I mean see each other for a day and then disappear for a year or more. I felt the intensity and ran because I felt my life was not ready for intensity given my circumstances.

I would say you treat each other as the amrita, and want a sip once and awhile. Sorta like that dessert you love but cant have everyday.

Thanks for the reply. I really thought there would be more significance to it. Is it because we are going towards something that we want to let go of in this lifetime? It also doesn't make sense that he is on my mind daily. If that is the case, wouldn't I just think of him once in awhile? I wish there was more information on this combination.

Rahu is illusions and ketu -hallucinations.so it is difficult to live together.If so one of them are cheated by the other.

Though I couldn't find much about this in vedic astrology but in western astrology this conjunction is present for a most 'fated' relationship. Not sure if fated also means karmic.
