Please Rectify My Birth Time

Hello
I need my birth time to be rectified, if needed as I have got a few wrong predictions in my past which came out to be totally different than what predicted and my mother is not VERY sure about my birth time. Municipal Department does not have time record of that old births

Date of Birth - 06 November 1981
Place of Birth - Delhi, India
Sex - Female
Time of Birth - 07:10 am

I'm giving some details, to verify if my birth time is correct or not


*I only have one elder sister, born on 17 September, 1973 ; No brother.
*My father expired on 06 November 2004.
*We shifted our residence on 13 July, 2000.
*I married on 22 April, 2016
*My mother is very loving and caring to me
*My marriage could not survive for long and we are moving for divorce
*I started earning from December 2008
* No child, though I desperately wanted
* Relationship has gone sour with sister from May 2016
* I'm self employed (tutoring) but work is also not going smooth, almost on the verge of closure

Plz rectify my Birth Time, if needed as I am through the worst phase of my life

Im proposing that your horoscope might be checked after 7:30AM with Scorpio Ascendent. how was your married life since last 3 years?

You may also post your spouse's birth details but your Lagna is correct (Tula).
