Remedies to strengthen my 11th house

Respected astrology experts:

I have the ruler of house 11 very weak. The cusp of my 11th house is geminis and no planet in that house. However, the ruler is mercury that is in piscis in house 8 conjunct with venus (my Jupiter is in cancer in 12 house; leo ascendant). I have many financial problems and several astrologers have told me that it has to do with house 11, which is very bad for me. Can you tell me some kind of sadhana, mantra, remedy or deity that can help me to strengthen 11 house? I have been told that Lord Ganesha could help me.
