Your chart shows from 2008 though some minor gains are seen even expenses or losses are present. during 2010-2012 there were losses or increased expenses mostly related to property. from 2016 there are struggles in career or increased expenses or disinterest in present career. If these match with your status, its better to avoid investments. Instead can do business on commission basis.

a. Indicates change in residence / location
b. matters related with higher education
c. some gain in investments
2. Ra-Sa May 2013- March 2016
a. would have been very interesting as Saturn is exalted
b. This was a time of lot of hard work so nothing was obtained through luck
c. Was there any property investment done during this period.
In my jyotishi learning so far u r better off investing in property
