Respected Gurus
Please help me understand Budha Aditya Yoga.As per KP Ayanamasa I am having BA yoga in 2nd house with zero deg sun and 16 deg Retro merc.By now see life till no its evident that this particular combination is not working for me as its name suggest.No higher education,good job etc.
Please note Merc has 3H and 12H lordships being in 2nd.
@Howzat and others : Please throw light.

BA yoga is a highly common yoga, just like Budha-Shukra or Budha-shukra-aditya. Mercury and Venus are inner planets with very close velocities and thus are always in close proximity to the Sun. The efficacy of any Yoga depends on the lordships. Asterisms of the planets and aspects,along with planetary strength.

AFAIK Budhaditya yoga is not merely conjunction of Su-Me but must be in own house/exalted for either, else it becomes Nipuna yoga.

With the Sun(one of the yoga forming planets)near 0 degrees, the yoga is not powerful.

The actual full fledged BAY is formed either in Leo,Aries,Gemini or Virgo in the 1st House if in Gemini or Virgo and 10Th house if in Leo or Aries. For Virgo Ascendents it is formed in any Trine or Kendra as both Sun and Mer are Trikon and Kendra Lords.
