This person is going through mahadasha of Saturn and antardasha of Mercury, 10th ruler in chart. Both planets are placed in 8th house (challenges, up/downs), especially being 10th lord in 8th, Mercury will give some hiccups in career. This combination would run till end of 2016.
Next sub period Ketu will operate from end of 2016 and Ketu in 5th in bhava chart. Ketu in Nakshatra of Sun, 9th ruler, so there are chances of change in job.
However in D-10 Chart, 10th lord Saturn in 12th and presently Saturn major period is in operation, so Saturn is keeping his profession tied up outside home country. However, Saturn in Nakshatra of Jupiter and Jupiter in 4th bhava, so there are strong chances person might comeback to home country sometime.
Career, Income and wealth will remain steady and handy as majority planets signify 2,6,11 houses but with some challenges as presence of 8th.
