Sat transit is to 7th house from Lagna to the place where it was at birth after 30 years. It is also the beginning of your sade sati. But then saturn is yogakaraka for rishab lagna. He is also with 2nd and 5th lord mercury who is his friend too. Then how do you expect problems? Now you are running sun dasa mercury antardasha. Sun is lord of 4th.

I think that transit Saturn over natal Saturn could still cause disturbances, regardless of whether it is a benefic or not. After all, saturn is well-known for evil effects rather than good results. In that sense, its understandable if the poster is concerned that Natal + Transit Saturn along with Sade-Sati may cause lots of turbulence in her married life, that too for an extended period of time.
Not trying to alarm anyone, but all the planets also fall on one side of Rahu-Ketu, with Rahu in 11H Pisces, and Ketu in 5H Virgo. It maybe causing Kaal-sarpa dosha, do you agree? Would be nice if others chimed in as well as it may benefit the native and others similarly placed. Chart looks like a packed gallery between 5H and 11H.

I am not very sure what effects saturn return causes in each case. For example it may depend on his lordship and his strength in the chart and also strength of the chart as a whole, I think Does he necessarily cause troubles irrespective of his lordship and strenth?

Yea, I agree it depends on what houses Saturn owns, and the overall strength of the chart. I read somewhere that even a good Jupiter transit (or any other transit) can't override the effects of Sade-Sati.
Though Saturn is the last distance-wise from earth, and weakest in terms of its malefic capabilities than Mars, Sun or Rahu/Ketu, its conjunctions can cause major devastation in people's lives - Sa/Mars, Sa/Rahu, or Sa/Sun, pretty much difficulty all thru-out life, from what I've observed.

I dont agree that Sade sati is always painful, in fact it does more good than other periods in some cases, I have seen that.
In my own case, that was the best time, when I got my job, PhD, and so on. My skills in teaching were very valued not only science but also music.
Of course, slowly my mother was getting sick and I could not digest that at all.
I have faced several tough times but that was the one I could not bear at all.
May be with conjunctions when you say, they could cause some trouble but not devastation. I have a relative with sat mars but she is OK. Another relative has mars moon together with saturn aspecting, rahu in lagna and one person in this forum predicted that there could be divorce in his case. But not at all, he is doing OK. Misunderstanding is there but nothing more.
I have many of these since 7 planets are together, so such combined effects may be different, since one may oppose and the other will come forward to help. So effects get diluted.
