If lagna is in sandhi, and if Moon is well placed, should the astrologer try to read horoscope from Chandra Lagna?
for example: Cancer lagna rising at 1 deg some minutes, while lagnesh Moon is in exchange with Sun in 2nd house, while being placed in own house of Cancer in Navamsa.

If Lagna is very initial or in last deg then one shd first try to fix lagna by matching life-events.
There is one section Birth Time Rectification in this forum specially for such cases.
