Can someone please tell me what does 16 points in 12th House indicate? Mars is posited in Cancer in 12th house.

Dear SL
Low points in 12H are always gud as it indicates loss and expenditures.
However with the given details I get Leo Asc 21-40 and Moon is in Aquarius at 9-29.
Ashtakvarga score in 12H is 21.
