Hello learned members,

MY career path since last one year is going down. Pls tell will it go smooth or not. I am getting onsite opportunities but losing them in the last second. Also my promotion is due since 3 yrs but not getting it.

Pls tell when will my career graph will move upwards. Also is it good to change company?

Thanks for the response.

Yes, actually have been waiting for onsite opportunity for last 4 years. After a long waiting my US visa was processed but got rejected in March. And last month UK project confirmed but cancelled. So opportunities coming but not fructifying.

Apart from it lost my promotion and role for different reasons (politics or my bad time whatever it is) and I feel like my career is degrading.

Thanks for your response and sorry for my late reply. Will it be a long term opportunity for me at abroad after Nov, 2014?
Also Will my career settle down in long term . I would like to settle in Hyderabad , but my company is forcing me to relocate to other locations in India from my base city , which will be toughest situation for me. I am not getting any other job opportunities in Hyderabad currently and not even finding any project in my company too.
Please help!!
