The comperative negative effects of Moon+Rahu may be judged from the following points:
1. If there is lack of happiness from or absence of coborn esp.sisters. The same need also be checked for father (his younger sister) and mother (her elder sister).
2. If there was a substantial break or obstruction in higher education after intermediate.
3. If father is in any profession/career involving handling of accounts/funds.
4. If any near relative have had noticable mental sufferings.
If such effects are observed, you may propitiate Goddess Durga or regularly visit temple of Lord Vishnu. You may also impart free education to children as a social service.
